The title doesn't lie these are in high detail meaning high resolution...the resolution on some of these (although severely reduced) is still rather large. Apologies in advance for those with slow connections.

Anyways, density addicts will get their fix.

I didn't know this tower is finished yet, I've seen only some renderings and SSP drawing. Are there any more pics of it? Looks like an extremely interesting design

Thanks for those pics, whats happening to the people living in those house that are being demolished, are they being relocated to better housing/apartments?

They are getting relocated. This happens in Hong Kong all the time too...

Typically to the suburbs. Urban rents are too high, either for them to directly afford or in terms of opportunity cost of not selling the units.

what i like about it is the rare (non-pudong) skyline shot that one normally does not see. the highrises are mostly utilitarian but they are not so densely packed (like sao paulo) that make you feel totally claustraphobic. there's even some noticable greenery (i see coniferous trees).... plus, we see shanghai's latest twin skyscapers which add to the city's ever-growing roster of landmark skyscrapers.

That would be a cannon digital rebel eos. I have two lenses, the one used for these pictures was a 300mm zoom lense (off-brand).
