i'm starting this for one reason, make me more aware of the filipino in me and tribal blood that flows in my veins. so to start, me:
from my father's side - kapampangan, ilokano, some chinese.
from my mother's side - dabawenyo, cebuano, mandaya, some spanish.

Dad is Ilocano (Narvacan, Ilocos Sur).
Mom is Ilongga (Bacolod, Negros Occidental).

I was born in Pasay City.
Childhood spent in Singapore and Bangkok.
My teenage days back in Metro Manila and then on to Chicago.
College and up to the present here in Orlando.

That was funny! Reminded me when my parents kid each other, my dad would say that he's FBI (Full-Blooded Ilocano) and my mom would counter that saying that she's NBI (Natural-Born Ilonggo).

my Papa is Cebuano, my Mama is Ilongga (from Capiz actualy, diba Ilonnga din yun?) and they met in Luneta but I was conceived at Muntinlupa (sa labas ha)

Father - Waray (Catbalogan, Samar), Malayo, Spanish, Chinese
Mother - Tagala/Manilena (Manila), Malayo, Chinese, Portuguese

Paternal Grandfather - Castillian Spanish-Insulare (Catbalogan, Samar)
Paternal Grandmother - Malayo-Chinese (Samar-Leyte)

Maternal Grandfather - Malayo-Chinese, Portuguese (Manila, roots from Pampangga)

paternal granfather - macanese/cebuano from downtown cebu (i dunno where in the city exactly) wala akong contact sa mga relatives namin sa cebu.
paternal grandmother mother - cebuano from alegria, cebu

maternal grandfather - spanish/bisaya
maternal grandmother - bisayang haluhalo - waray, cebuano, surigaonon, boholano. haluhalo kasi kung magsalita.
