Most expensive towers in the pipeline...

I am compiling a list of the world's most expensive towers that are approved and under construction.. any ideas which ones?

Burj Dubai will cost USD 1 billion to make is that the most expensive one?

I heard somewhere that LBT will cost about $1.1 billion, though I'm not certain.

Total cost of London Bridge Tower, including everything, will be £1.2bn - this works out to about $2.175 bn.

Materials are as expensive or, in the case of steel, more expensive than in the US. What cuts the price of BD is the near-slave expat labor that has been commented on in several threads..

Plus, not too sure on the details but the infrastructure work is amazing with London Bridge Station being completely rebuilt

cost of 3.2 billion DHS ~ 888m $

second tallest building in the world, tallest hotel in the world

140 floors, height was (secretely) mentioned with 666m at the press conference. around 650 to 700m.

total tower area = 2,100,000 ft^2

It may be near slave labour, but it's much more than they can get in their own country. Keep in mind, they get all their residence and food paid for, plus they are given money. They also give the same amount of money to the workers' families back in their native country.

Another thing that cuts the price is that it doesn't need to go through all the usual long boring shit to get approved.
