I dont think the two buildings behind IBM and Megaworld towers has commenced construction yet. The best part of Eastwood are the restaurants. Al fresco dining and pedestrian friendly, definitely foot traffic only here. Eastwood will soon become another shopping district, so far the Cyber Mall and boutiques are already established and in a few years another mall at Eastwood Parkview

City Walk

I like the way the developments were presented. The before and after pics.
Very clear! Keep monitoring and more updates!

Eastwood lacks an iconic structure. Makati has RCBC and GT Tower.
Ortigas has Union Bank Plaza.

But Eastwood still is a very nice place. I love the convenience we enjoy in that urban center. It has everything within it's premises. I like it.

Anyway, is there any possibility for Easwood City to be expanded? I mean obviously there's a problem with space and parking. It can be such a hassle especially once all the buildings are completed. Huge waves of people would be coming in for sure.
