Bangalore: New office towers

A few new office towers have been launched in Bangalore. Maybe marking the start of a trend to go high-rise.

KSRTC commercial tower, 45 storeys. (Part of a larger transport hub plan)

Brigade Gateway, 30 storeys (Pre-launch)

paper model of the entire project:

UB City, 5 towers, around 20 storeys. (Under construction)

Impressive. Is this going to be within an existing city-center or is it new developing region on its own?

There's also Kirloskar Business Park proposed by TCG Developments, earlier this year.

The rest of their projects have reached quick fruitition, and there's no reason to think this won't.

Another one of those UB City towers looks a bit like Liberty Place in Philadelphia (as featured in phillyskyline's avatar.

KSRTC Tower looks great.

Sorry for not replying earlier. All of these are going to be clustered around the current city center (which can be seen in the background of the Kirloskar Business Park rendering.

After years of being a famed low-rise garden city, Bangalore will start getting some clustering, especially as the tens of residential highrises u/c and proposed get completed and even more get announced every fortnight
