311 S Wacker Drive in Chicago is one too. It was the tallest reinforced concrete building in the U.S. when built and it really softens up the image of the Sears Tower by providind a step aup for it. I also think it's still the worlds tallest building to only go by it's address with no formal name.

The Citygate is not an unknown building, it's just that Ramat Gan is not a known city to many outside of Israel hence it's associated with Tel Aviv, especially the Diamond Exchange Dist.

Hey, I love Citygate as much as the next guy, but I'd really be surprised if it was known to many people outside of this forum.

Underratted? That building was even mentioned on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. It's pretty well known.

Built in 1904, the Union Bank Tower, an 11-storey Chicago School style building, was Western Canada’s first skyscraper in winnipeg's Exchange District a national historic site due to its ritch collection of turn of the century terracotta and stone cut buildings, unrivalled in the world

They are not unknown, especially the AT&T building, come on it was the first building to ever appear on Time Magazine's cover, and made Johnson an archi-superstar.
