A new tower has been proposed near the shard, it will replace the one directly to the left, but will be about 20m smaller. This is apparently to make the shard look bigger.

PWC is not moving all their staff at the same time (business cannot be disrupted)and I do not believe all of them will be joining 1 Embankment Place (temp) - PWC is examining various options for the best allocation of their staff. All is needed is a major prelet of the office element for The Shard to go ahead.

I read in another thread that there was alot of businesses looking for alot of space in London, How long do you think it will be until the shard gets a good office prelet Jef? Anyone likely to take space in there?

Beautiful. Just beautiful. I'm not sure about the unfinished/demolished building on the bottom left hand corner there.

Nice rendering, but you should take that lens flare off St Paul's, and fix the square/block of sky around it which is obviously showing.

Apart from that, great work.

Better - but as newcastle kid says, Heron should be a little taller, and DIFA slightly shorter.

Remember, Heron recently had a height increase, its spire will reach a whopping 242m, it's going to be BIG.

DIFA is being cut down to 288m so you should take it down a little.

The building to the left of LBT will also be different, slightly smaller but i think it will make it look bigger and better.

I know... I tried to find a decent render of the other building next to LBT that i could perhaps add to it but... i cant find one.

The reason why the render is so small is because photobucket can only accept a particular size (in kb). So in oder to upload a big picture, i had to reduce the overall quality of the picture in phtoshop.

In other words, when i post a picture of the highest quality, the picture comes out small so as to reduce the total kb of the picture.
