I think on that pic its just right of Swiss Re. I know its closer to the river than Swiss Re is (?)

122 Leadenhall will be immediately adjacent to St Helen's (the black midrise just in front of SwissRe), so that it's "back" will be almost touching the right side of St Helen's.

And its height will be 225m (by comparison, SwissRe is 180m).

totally agree, we make some brilliant ales in this country, and get the cream of european lagers as well, yet for some bizarre reason people would rather pay more for a bottle of urine!

budweiser: "we believe fresh beer tastes better"

Grolsch: "We wont let you drink it till its ready"

I think the problem stems from the fact that budweiser dont understand the brewing or fermentation process properly.

ah this threads been duplicated ad infinitum all over the forum, we're just trying to make it slightly different to the others.

We've all seen pictures of these towers a hundred times, most of them wont be under construction for a few years, how else we gonna pass the time.

I'm not against all American beer though, there are some fantastic brews available.

Us Brits have to suffer 'Bud' now and then thanks to deals signed by large pub landlords and chains whereby they can get enormous volumes at knock down prices. If every bar / pub were independant (and this is across the world, not just the UK) I doubt Bud, Grolsh, Fosters or Carlsberg would stand a chance as they are all low quality factory gunk.

Wow. A bunch of glass boxes with twisty tips. Yawn.

Looks like everybody has their finger on the same pulse for London developments, and that isn't a good thing.

These things are going to look dated quickly.
