the design of the a/c uses a system that needs constants maintenance to the equipments as it serve a larger and taller building. imagine a office tower the height of the Icon.

As of today:
Floor plates are 9 stories. Core is 12 stories. The skyline view will likely be one of the coolest ![]() Of course, they are rather advertising the sea view, hehe ![]() I went to neighbouring Tanjong Pagar Plaza Block 2, 17th floor, to get a better idea: ![]() Really cool ;-) Only a few luxury units left on the uppermost floors, they say on the sign. |

![]() it has risen very fast! I can see the units forming! until now, it took such a long time to see it rise, maybe becos the base is huge however, those units facing the back might suffer if that plot of land is developed into a high-rise condo, which it is allocated for
