If no one is really there, why so many parked cars are there?

Nice building according to the renders... But they need to BUILD them!!!!!
it are all seemingly hollow promises to attract investors who end up bankrupt iff they dont start building fast!!!!

using this:

and this:

I get this:

The tower isn't being build, it's the entertainment lowrise (btw, the tower is a bit of, needs a bit to the upperleft)

Every couple of months someone says this. But I find it a bit hard to believe that one of the bigger holes in the world is dug for some lowrises. Remember that those renders are as old as the hills, if I'm not mistaken, and there is not guarantee that they didn't make a slight movement in the masterplan as to where the tower is located.

Work surely is going on there, but it is taken way to long and the pictures don't show a rush of work.

In the second picture, they are doing the site retaintion wall. Then they have to excavate the pit there.

It's good to see action on the site but after many years of this project going nowhere I'm still skeptical

Okay well that's over a month old now and doesn't even show any progress. If it were for real, there'd be something happening, right?

The picture is taken quite from far away...we can't tell for shure...from this distance...it's hard to tell ..oh course it look like the one from one month ago...we need a closer aproach in order to have a good evaluation of what is going down there...
