I wonder in the previous image, the English 'DOCK YARD' is there instead of Korean???

Also, is this the one with the weird Ferris wheel?

Sorry I searched the previous pages and see the TACKY Ferris wheel!!! The tower is exceptional, ditch the Ferris wheel and this is first class!!!

And every time I see the crying tower spire tower gif, I think of a FLOOD that does not flood the top 10 floors of the box, and to the beginning of the spire on the spire tower, Which building would you and 100 relatives rather be in (100 so they all cannot climb up inside the spire)

Hello Guys,

I'm new at Skyscrapercity.
It's great to see, that this project is finally under construction.

Firstly I've seen anything about it was almost 4 years ago at www.die-wolkenkratzer.de
Since then I was deeply impressed from this tower and I've always tried to get some information about the constrution status.
Unfortunately I just found sites like emporis and the information, that the construction hasn't begun, yet

Someone here thought that the buildings are connected at the ground.
I don't think so. Just look at this Image. At least not at all.

If you compare this with the construction site you gonna realise that unfortunately only the low risese are under construction neither the tower.

But I'm sure that the tower will rise very soon.

I hope that this rendering will help to clear this confusion about, what is this huge hole for?

Nobody knows VanHenrik except the Architects and Engineers of the project.

I really hope that we get to see this Tower, soon.
The next 2 or 3 months will show us wether the Tower will build or not.

Well, you can clearly see that the area of the future plot of the building is used as a storage, nothing happening:

Okay, for me it's obvious that the Tower isn't under construction, yet.

There are only the low rise facilities under construction.
These gonna be a Shopping Mall and a Underground Parking Area.
By the way take a closer look. The hole is not as deep as you think.

To the Tower. Maybe the Designers are working pretty hard right now.
Wasn't there recently a change from once 107 Floors to now 130?
Well that's maybe the reason for the delay. The counted Floors are now at 130 but the height only at 510 m. They have to change the Floor-to-Floor Height because of this. The engineers have to calculate the structural engineering anew.

Trust me on this. The Tower will be build.

WOW brilliant, I don't wanna guess what it's ranking will be of all future korean skyscraper heights because of so many frequent cancellations. But certainly tallest in north east asia when its built. (incheon tower not even started and shanghai tower not even completely planned)
