Correct. No. this site is about Mart and Cinema Entertainment Zone(Lotte Cinema and Mart Center-Lotte Town Development Phase 3).

on this pic,Lotte Town Development Phase 4-Fianl stage(Lotte Super Tower) site is not here.
Lotte super tower site is veiled beside The Mall(Department store).

Hello everyone. I am new member to this forum, however, I have been following the threads from the beginning. I am one of the mechanical engineers on the MEP team working on this project form the US consultants team. I am excited to finally see this project in construction! I hope to be a helpful member to this community and open to answer any questions. I also worked on the Seoul Lotte Supertower.

This tower will be shadowed by Lotte Jamsil Seoul Tower. Poor Busan!
Busan always shadowed by Seoul so easily.
Maybe, Busan will build more taller one to beat Seoul.

Well, for now at least, Busan has one 300m+ building, and Seoul has none. I've also got to say, subjectively, Busan has a better skyline; Seoul sort of doesn't have a skyline at all.

But Seoul has more 200m+ buildings.
More importantly, Seoul has many highrise clusters, for example, Yeiodo, Mokdong, Gangam and Central area while Busan mainly have one distictive cluster, Haeundae.

Anyway, I don't want to make it city VS city anymore.
Forget it!

I think Busan lately have done alot more to develop its skyline compare to seoul, seoul needs to do alot more effort to maintain its title.

You're right; besides, the point is that both skylines are growing, which is something we can all appreciate.
