They haven't even started the tower Cul. If you look at that recent photo the hole that is being dug (ever so slowly) is not the site of the proposed tower but the low rise element. In fact I saw a similar photo over a year ago and very little has changed, I think this thread is a waste of time and should be removed. This supertall is going nowhere.
