yeah i hope also, eventhough the behind the BGC have sold a lot of their land to other developers. they should also make sure they keep the open areas as zoned! we dont like it to be like makati or ortigas where it's like a concrete and glass jungle. well, atleasts makati have the open area where the tower 1 is.

yeah... I forgot about the open spaces... the masterplan has quite a bit of space for parks and stuff... that is what Manila really lacks but needs. it helps make the city look cleaner while at the same time better. the renderings above look nice with the densely tree-lined streets and open grassy areas. I agree.... makati and ortigas are nice from skyline level, but at street-level, they look almost as bad as any other part of manila.filinvest, FBGC, Clark and Subic al look great right now with not too much development.

Hey guys, is there any way to upload a movie here
because I have a movie of BGC's masterplan

If it's not possible then i'll just capture significant parts of the movie and post them here.

These are just the 1st installment i'll post the other half after I get Windows Media Player to work.

If that is the meaing of lots of time, then yeah. But for sure it will take less than that

Imo, Makati is better planned than Ortigas because they have more parks. And better avenues.

sweet video clips, thomasian! I've always wanted to see that video, but it doesnt work in my internet connection. This is the next best thing. See what i mean, despite all the great open parks, we will still have a dense skyline. There is a lot of room for skyscrapers. I'm sure the developers will stick to the masterpan and zoning partitions.

BGC Global City will be our greatest future landmark.

WOW!!! the future of the FBGC look absolutely great!! its so cool how the skyscrapers are zoned out to form sort of a cross with the huge park right in the middle!! and the densely tree-lined streets look nice!!! they should turn that open area in the middle into something like the famous Central Park of NY...!
