every project can be changed in design stage,even during construction.Who knows the total storey would be constructed later.Marketing and demands always is the major decision to final.

was this building used TMD system, Active control or convenetional outrigger truss-core wall system of structure,somebody in this forum was involved directly in this project?

From the pics it should be an Outrigger connected to the Core Wall.

But I have no idea if they will add or locate the TMD System either with Active Control or not.

Outrigger-Core Wall System :

TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) digunakan untuk mengurangi pengaruh dinamik pada struktur. Contohnya adalah gaya lateral akibat angin atau gempa.
Note : md = Mass.

Bisa juga bentuknya seperti ini :

Sedangkan Active Control yg dimaksud disini adalah Mass Damper yg dikontrol secara aktif atau dikenal dg AMD (Active Mass Damper).

Trus ada jg yg berupa Pendulum Tuned Mass Damper. Contohnya digunakan pada gedung Taipei 101

Mudah2an ada gambaran dikit. CMIIW.

TMD spt di figure 4.6 itu mampu menahan beban berapa ton? Bisa menahan beban 1 gedung misalnya Wisma 46? Di Indonesia apa sudah ada yg pakai mass damper?

Boz, mungkin maksudnya berat dari TMD itu sendiri ya.

Soalnya TMD ini fungsinya bukan menahan beban dari gedung tapi untuk mengimbangi gaya lateral yang terjadi akibat angin/gempa.

Berapa besar gaya lateral yg bisa diimbangi, itu tergantung dari :
a. Lokasi gedungnya (zona angin & gempa).
b. Desain & perencanaan.

Kalo berat dari TMD nya bervariasi, tergantung dari gaya lateral yang diprediksikan akan terjadi.
Contoh yg sudah ada di gedung John Hancock Tower, Boston punya 2 TMD masing2 beratnya 2700 kN alias 270 ton. Letaknya di lantai 58 dari 60 lantai.

Oic, gw kira TMD ditaruh di pondasi skyscraper (spt TMD mengangkat gedung), ternyata ditaruh di lantai tinggi.

Gedung ini perlu TMD ya
