Very nice. I really enjoyed my trip to Dresde, hopefully I will be back in a few years, when all the works are finished

Hello everyone. The other plot called VII/1 is also under construction.
The basements are started. Here some picks for the project

Caesarisches Haus. The interior may be different in future

Picks are from Arstempano. A new square, a "piazetta" will be created. Before the war, there used to be houses here. The city plans to keep the square.
Developer is Baywobau. They are known for working fast and efficient. The basements are going to be looked at to determine, witch ones can be saved.
The plan calls for two underground levels for deliveries and parking. Some old basements maybe saved.

Archeological digging started.

The floor looks like new, but is old

pivks from Arstempano

Thanks, Millennio Secondo

That's still a placeholder, no definite design there yet...

Is that metal-framed passageway one of those made for air raids in WW2, to connect the cellars, to keep people from being trapped?

"Platzhalter" means placeholder. There is no design for the building yet.

But it probably will be modernist crap.

Some movement on our Neumarkt

Those basements will be kept. The Regiments Haus in the back. Btw: There is a museum with a collection of old vehicles and trains in there

One basement has kept it`s "rounded ceiling"

Thanks, bilderbuch from APH forum!

Hello! Lets have some updates!

Here is going to be a passageway to the inner court. Where the cable is.

Commercial for the Hotel

The Triersche Haus comes along

The Beutlersche Haus has it chimneys back

In the Sprorrer Gasse road

A Bank is moving in

This is what we do this for

Brand new

The plan to paint this "Erker" has been scraped, it seems.

Thanks, Picks from Millennio Secondo

The "Dinglinger Haus" in Yellow

The houses with the address "Am Juedenhof" 9 & 10 get done

The modern build is moving ahead, too.

I'm patiently waiting for the Dinglinger House to finally get it's chimneys and decorative vases on it's balcony. They sure are taking their sweet time.

Nice update. My favourite from the block is probably Beutlersche Haus, its color is really nice. Too bad it has that tumor attached to it.

BTW, is Zwinger still under renovation?
