The Swiss Re (or as the locals call it "the gherkin")

But once the Shanghai World Financial Centre (SWFC) gets built I think I may change my mind

i noticed nobody mentioned

The Petronas towers........I think its really cool and all..especially with the bridge.......

My rank would be:

1. Petronas Towers (for its shear height, being twins, bridge and elegance)
2. Torso Tower (for its superb design, engineering feat and originality)
3. Burj Al Arab (very classy and out of ths world, but a bit TOO artificial for me)

PEACE.

The ice hotel exist in most countries north of the arctic sircle. The largest on was in Alta, Norway last year, but my guess is that they built some 5-10 ice hotels only in Scandinavia. The problem is that all of them melts, so they only live from december to march. Anyway, they are some really amazing buildings!

Fun note: The towers were inspired by the Swedish water tower Svampen ("the Mushroom"), located in Örebro. It was built in 1956-1957
