Which one's Belvedere house, again? It escapes me. I've tried to find a render but they are escaping me too.

EDIT:

woah! I'm prety sure I don't even recognise that. At least from that angle. Bloody hell I need to swot up a bit; get back on top of my game.

Cheers H.

Hopefully this recent flurry of action picks up the momentum again. Does anyone get the feeling we're experiencing the calm before the storm, in terms of developments kicking off?

CJC, Beetham, GN, Skyline: they're all finishing off with only the likes of GQ and ISIS Wharf representing the biggies. Plus the spinningfields new one.

I went out today specifically to track this down (Belvedere House). I found it but I already knew about it. I was hoping for a development that had sailed over my head and in which case I'd have been in for a nice surprise. No such luck.

Also, the foundations of Chancery Place have almost swlloweed up an entire digger, they've gone so deep. Can't be too long before we get a crane up here too.

Cranes popping up everywhere now. Won't belong before we break the 50 barrier again with all the proposals due to start later on this year. Should get to the magical 50 mark by middle/late summer .

That's some impressive crane count!!! Any chance of the number of floors added next to each development?

Well Smarty, it would depend on whether you mean 'floors reached' or the intended totals.

If the latter is what you want it's availlable if you take the trouble to search.

The former would be too difficult to maintain.

Just trying to help you lad....

I think this is up to date , not sure about the Uni area .

We should be seeing cranes going up at Sarah Tower ( base on site ) Chancery Place and there is also another base on site at 3 Hardman St soon.

There should be numerous cranes going up later on this year at and around the Mediacity site.

There's a large static crane behind Mellands playing fields Gorton.

Been there for a while. Forgot about it.
