Skyline wise I would say:

Shanghai
Hong Kong
Vancouver
Seattle

Dubai doesn't look futuristic yet. To me it still looks like the whole city is a "projects".

Singapore has an automatic electronic road toll system called ERP (Electronic Road Pricing).

Instead of a toll station, we have gantries. Insert a stored-value card into a device in your vehicle and drive through. Toll fare automatically collected.


Also, a fully automatic heavy rail line. The North East Line of Singapore's MRT subway system.
