When it comes to no.2 I prefer HK over Dubai! Yes Dubai's got some nice projects happening but it's infrastructure is a bit behind HK especially when it comes to public transportation, innovation and technology.

I Agree with most parts. But I think Dubai is more modern than Hong Kong..
