This beautiful building was built in 1987 and served as Museum for Albania's Dictator Enver Hoxha who had just past away a few years back.
It later became International Center of Culture and is under construction on becoming a Modern Theater.
Piramida deserves a 10 for sure in my book if you take into consideration the time it was built.
It's all covered in marble tiles with red rims on the dark glass entrance and on the sides of the building.
