Here it is!
PARQUE CIDADE JARDIM ![]() The first 4 residential towers will be finished by 2007. 90 apartments are alrealdy sold. The apartments sizes starts with 240m² to 1700m², and the pricing starts at 750K Dollars. The most expensive penthouse will cost 16 million reais, about 8 million dollars. The terrain is 80.000 m². The building will take 3 steps, on the first one they will buld the luxury mall and 4 residential towers, it will be finished by december 2007. In the other steps, they will build more 5 residential towers and 3 office towers. The cost for building will be around 800 million dollars. The mall is inspired on Bal Harbour Shops, on Miami, and it will have around 180 stores. |

Amazing looking city, but I do have one observation. I always hear on these forums that Sao Paolo is majority white. I don't know if these photos are representative, but that city definitely does NOT look majority white. Lots of those people look mixed, but not white. I am mixed and I am also sick and tired of mixed people trying to pass off as white so they can feel better about themselves and therefore can lower their dosage of daily prozac. Beautiful PEOPLE by the way. PS I've seen threads of Madrid and Rome, now those people are white, so don't give me the (Americans think only Northern Europeans are white crap).
