Fairlane Residences Bukit Bintang
Developer: Hotel Fair Lane Sdn. Bhd.
(subsidiary of Low Yat Group) That condo (256 units) will be connected to the existing Fairlane Hotel (think changed now to Coronade) and will feature 5-star hotel-like facilities, like a lavish boutique entrance, skyline swimming & wading pool, landscaped gardens on sky terrace, fully equipped gym etc. no rendering available yet. |

yes....saw the rendering in da papers about 2 mths back
 it is as tall as the Coronade Hotel next to it (formerly Fairlane Hotel). Construction sld be soon cause that place already horded up

yeah,saw the building.i think was around 20floors.Saw the apartment plans and they are really small
 around 80sqm for 2 bedroom.I think it is meant more for investors and not for family planning.

the building is being constructed in a very small foot print la.wonder how it will look like when completed.Btw,any latest pics?

is there any empty space beside Coronade Hotel?..coz i used to stay there many times( Fairlane back then)..but all i can see is this small lot of land..which the hotel use for parking..or worst..YTL will demolish the terrace house next to it..hmm..
have to check that place out this week..

 Yes....there are some space there ....little space  Anyway I am invited to attend the launch of their showunit on site. It is this Saturday at 5pm till 10pm. Anyone wants to meetup and go together?
