I strongly believe this is the worst looking building that I have ever seen. I sincerely hate it. London would have been a far nicer place without it.

Whatever. Building gets a 10 from me, have yet to see a finer design although that Spiral Tower in Nagoya in Japan and some of the stuff going up in Doha might just get thier inspiration from this.

The only thing that kept me from giving it a 10 is its height. It is actually not that short, but it isn't that tall either.

Such magnificent design deserved to stand out ABOVE everything in the City of London.
