Located in the One-North development is the Wessex Estate, together with the Nepal Estate.

The buildings in Wessex Estate are now under JTC and are conserved. The planned usage of the buildings are as follows : 70% residential and 30% work space for creative industries

Just outside the Wessex Estate is the famous COLBAR which has shifted to make way for the AYE extension.

There are unique names for each of the blocks in the estate.

Thanks for the pictures

Its great that they are preserving this area, it looks very serene and the architecture is unique to a bygone era in Singapore.
