Living Shangi-la - Vancouver (its not built yet so it doesn't really count, but from the models it looks like it blows away evey other building in Canada)

1. Wall Centre - Vancouver
2. Royal Bank Plaza South - Toronto (almost ties for first)

I'm a real Miesian freak, so I would vote for all 5 towers in the TD Centre complex in Toronto

As a honourable mention, I'd add the CIBC tower in Montreal... I don't know what it's proper name is.
