It's going to be residential! 15 floors, plus commercial at ground level.

I Cant believe how many 100m+ developments currently in Brisbane. The skyline will look awesome in 10 or so years.

the site next to the Novotell is by a Gold Coast Developer, The Howard Group. they have had the site for a while and only recently received an amended DA to the best of my knowledge. Small buotique residential tower, or perhaps a hotel / serviced accomodation.

109 Astor Terrace is the address for the Howard Groups project. have a look at www.howardgroup.com.au for more details. i dont think they have much about it on their site though. they developed Vogue on Broadbeach and The Pinnacle - Surfers Paradise a few years ago.

I hear Vision should kick off in April... cant wait! Austcorp are also about to start more works at their SW1 site at South Brisbane. not highrise so maybe not much interest to this forum.

St John's Cathedral lodged vehement opposition through the courts to Emerald and I've been told that they have already opposed the latest 30st tower proposed for this site.

It took some time for all the DA docs to eventually get loaded and the latest batch lasted there only a few days.

#Proposed: 550 Queen Street- 30st/136m/office ‎( 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 ... Last Page) - but you need to go back a page to locate it.
