9.5/10. Nice scenery for one. Lack of highrise, but it has lots of buildings though.

Some of the buildings look a little old and dirty, but other than that, it looks like a beautiful area.
8.5!

Pros: It has a good number of high-rises!
Cons: Besides a few towers here and there... the city really lacks in height. And most of its buildings are very ugly undless rows of white boxes!! Rio has a dark side. Its natural surroundings are amazing! Hell... I love it! But Rio's skyline really blows. I wouldn't call this skyline attractive: But natural surroundings can sometimes help. Overall: Without its lovely natural surroundings: 5.0/10 With the surroundings: 8.0/10 |

X-seed, not that part of the skyloine is not attractive. But that is a beach, not downtown, those are 99% hotels. Downtown skyline is much better. Look at this photo Bruno BH took:

Johon, I look at skylines as a whole. Not a specific area. Puerto Modero in Buenos Aires looks awesome! But, look at the rest of the skyline! Its flat, ugly, and it sucks even more becuase they have way too many uglies! Just about any skyline would look great from some areas... but bad from others. Thats why I like seeing it from every angle.

Rio has so much beauty to offer, both natural and manmade. An absolutely gorgeous city.

I give it a 7.5/10 for the skyline, and a 9.5/10 for the women.
