nice! Tel Aviv is competing Dubai as Middle-East most skyscrapers developed and glamour city.
It looks in those pics, there are still empty & vacant lots surrounding the construction site, there must be a superblock masterplan will be coming in the future

5 million is quite expensive, considering the penthouse of city gate ramat gan is 2 million...

looks alittle like that round gold coast tower.
