Awsome! Purely Awsome! I though most of the skyscraper construction/projects in Kazakhstan was focused around Almaty. Man was I wrong. (I'm so jealous)

Astana's streets look very wide and clean, nicely landscaped :-)

this buiding is almost copy of Moscow's Triumph, its even called Triumph of Astana

here is the pic.

and it is not the tallest, it has only 35 stories.

the coming projects like Green Blocks and Nothern Shining will be 40-50-60 storied approximetly.

I really like some of these buildings, they are not massively high, but they more than make up for it in, colour and appearance.

Yeah!

You are right, i noticed it too!!!!

i dont know whu they used it, may be to rend it more urbanistic.
anyway in several years astana will have its own skyline that will be crtanly the best in Central Asia. Many 50-60 storied buildings are coming.

wow, you seem familiar with Makati CBD to notice that! are you from Kazakhstan?
yes, definitely with those UC's up there. hope everything gets completed. What other cities can compete with Astana in Central Asia?

The only rival is Almaty, the former Kazakhstan capital. it is also the most vibrant and cosmopolitan city of the region

here ar some pictures that i took 2 weeks ago.

Ashkhabad is becoming to have more nice higreses, but not taller then 25 stories, though the city is looking very clean.

tashkent with its hard economic situation lost its game completely
though it has some nice highrises
