Does the Carpet color in your countries Parliament signify anything? Like in the US, Green means Agriculture, and Red means Elite, Senate has Red floor and the House of Representatives has Green.

You have not correct picture of Slovak parliament, it's picture of the President palace. Correct pictures of Slovak parliament or in Slovak language "Narodna rada Slovenskej republiky":

"Savezna" skupština postaje srpska
22. jul 2006. | 15:12 | Izvor: FoNet

This may be silly to bring up here but I wonder...will those two huge skyscrapers in Dubai, Burj Dubai and Al Burj be bigger in size (due to extreme height) than Romania's Parliament?

We now also house the Senate and the Parliament in the building....and theres room to even fit the presidency, heck why not throw in the main tribunal there? its big enough to fit all :-P

^I doubt it. Skyscrapers above 200 to 300m usually start losing space, they become diseconomies of scale in a sense, the more height you add, the more mechanical floors and other pipes and pumps and elevators and more BS that take over available space. That's why real supertalls are never built out of necessity, but out of ego alone, until a financial crisis hits and the cycle starts over again lol.
But then again I have no idea how big the Romanian parliament is, plus I thought the Sultan of Brunei built himself the largest palace ever... does it fit in the contest or not?

hmm, wikipedia has some interesting 'facts'
