I'm not totally against such things - sure, it would be a bad thing, if the residental tower would stand in a middle of a rollercoaster or a water park, but I can't see how putting a few towers on the side of the road would f***up your leisure experience. It's not all-residental, like The Villa - these are the projects that should be kicked out of Dubailand, as they have nothing to do with entertainment, but mixing entertainment with residental is OK with me. Commercial towers would have me worried much more about the experience.Plus, look at our own city (assuming you're still from Warsaw ) - Cricoland in front of PoCaS (PKiN sucks abbreviated in english ) was simply AMAZING!!!........... ....... Ok, it was not. :P |

The residential part of the project is seperated from the Themepark/Hotel.

That is worrying. I hope it is only to update the poster and not cancel the project!

Real Estate Recovery
There seems to be a new Real Estate Recovery Scheme (RERS) available for buyers who have lost money in off plan properties. Check it out - http://www.smithandken.com/dubai-rea...ecovery-scheme
There was news article also - http://www.eyeofdubai.com/v1/news/newsdetail-45947.htm Quote from article " Once an application for RERS is approved by Smith & Ken, the company invites the investor to choose a new property, and once it is done, Smith & Ken deducts the amount the investor has already paid from their new apartment, office space or plot of land."
