US cities: which are most NYC like...and why?

New Yorkers,

A little question on how you preceive other American cities:

What US cities do you think are most like New York and what attributes do these cities have that make them that way?

In what other US city(ies) could you live in (if any), base on what makes NYC special to you?

Do you expect me to say Chicago?
Honestly if I had to live in another city in the US, it would be San Diego, the geography and climate makes me think of Varna. In the entire North American continent, Montreal or Quebec.
As to what city would be like NYC, I have to admit, Philadelphia or Chicago, but I have never been to the Windy City, so I can't really judge it.

I must say Chicago, Philadelphia and Boston. Those cities have that feeling to it. I don't know how to explain it. These cities like ours has snowfall, cold days, hot days, ect. These cities also got good pizza too and ect.

I totally agree with that, but i have to say that Atlanta, GA is the NY of the southern states.

Lmfaooo, umm ill agree with the possibility of someone finding comparisons to say Toronto could be the Canadian- english version of Ny, but in no way is Atlanta a thing like ny, shoot i would go as far as to say that's an insult.
