Thank you Racerf1.
I love the 2 bedr. types B and C
Coming from a COLD country, I would stay out on the balcony all the time.

I wonder if many of the new apartments in Dubai will be used only as holiday homes, and therefore be empty most of the year?
That means the swimming pool areas, the fittness centres, the sauna's etc. never will be crowded. What do you guys think?

I am sure you would love the sun here and guess what I have the right kind of 2 bed available for you and there is only two of those n the whole buidling. And of which one is sold and other still available. They are like penthouses but that we do not call them that. They have total floor area of 3674sq/ft and out of which 1814sq/ft is the balcony area. We have bigger 2 bed with 5969sq/ft and of which 3606sq/ft is balcony area. For the later one we have client who is interested to buy and wants to open a massage parlour in that apartment.

Well there are a lot of int'l buyers and most probably the apartments in the Dubai Marine will be used as holiday homes but in DSO we are expecting it to be more active and working ppl since it is a city within a city. The area has industry, offices, schools, hosptal, villas (which are all taken up by Emirates Airlines for their Pilots and Engineers). And not forgetting that Academic City which would have over 30 universities and colleges and be a hub for higher education is right across the road from us. With all this demand we expect the apartmentsto be filled all year round and have a waiting list for ppl to move in.

yes it has the type B but there is no floor plan available since it is only one unit and the other one which is bigger is Type A. Only the bedroom setup is like the Type A and B but the balconies are huge. It is due to the different levels of the building. I will try to get the architect plans and try to magnify it for visual but you got to buy it, then,
