It is a very nice skyscraper. I notice Libeskind has used the elements of positive and negative space, a main element of sculpturing.

Its a nice design without being too "complex" Also kudos to the ceiling heights. Hopefully future residential developments should follow suit and use their ceiling heights as a marketable advantage.

The construction will start in the first quarter of the year
the prices are between 7-10 thousands euro per square meter and it's already for sale
the building which will be replaced by the tower is already empty
