![]() It's not approved yet by the city hall, but the decision will be announced to the end of the March, and it will be rather positive. ![]() new renderings from the Rzeczpospolita daily ![]()

I think it's a hideous building...why does Warsaw, a city that I wish would build taller and have better quality skyscrapers, with the exception of Rondo 1, settle for such an eclectic mix of architectural garbage. I hope Warsaw doesn't turn into another Rotterdam.
Libeskind is probably one of the worst architects in the world at the moment...but somehow he gets to design a lot of significant projects...I wonder why... Last edited by Peter The Great; March 18th, 2006 at 07:07 PM. |

This Libeskind tower is a great project. Hopefully after it gets built, other awesome towers will follow. |

Pretty nice, especially the night city vision and I hope that The Tower will be soon approved, Eastern Europe needs more highrises...

I have nothing against Rotterdam...I think it's a lovely and unique place...but it does have an excess of avant garde architecture in my opinion...although it somehow works and doesn't generate an eye sore. Warsaw on the other hand is not the place to showcase anything fancy imo. I want to see some tall, imposing, and classy structures for the city to become a more respectable capital. Looking at the bright side...the Libeskind tower is better than nothing...and may become sort of a landmark. |

Wow it's so coooool. Great news for Warsaw, a city that I think was getting a bit boxy and this building will redefine the skyline and will make it obviously better than currently is
