I don't think Rotterdam is more dense than Warsaw main cluster, but highrises in Wasaw stand in one line from south to north.

view the from east

view the from south

best angles - the south-east

because of the bad traffic the majority is against skyscrapers

But 94 storey (office) = 300m??!!

I hope and i am sure it will be over 200m

We have a real civil war between investors and the City's Chief Architect, so visualisations of the most proposed towers aren't available. :/

It's not approved yet by the city hall, but the decision will be announced to the end of the March, and it will be rather positive.

I think it's a hideous building...why does Warsaw, a city that I wish would build taller and have better quality skyscrapers, with the exception of Rondo 1, settle for such an eclectic mix of architectural garbage. I hope Warsaw doesn't turn into another Rotterdam.
Libeskind is probably one of the worst architects in the world at the moment...but somehow he gets to design a lot of significant projects...I wonder why...

I don't know what you have against Rotterdam, but it surely isn't an "eclectic mix of architectural garbage" as your comment might suggest. I wish Warsaw had so much variation in architecture and such skyscraper density as Rotterdam does.

This Libeskind tower is a great project. Hopefully after it gets built, other awesome towers will follow.

Pretty nice, especially the night city vision and I hope that The Tower will be soon approved, Eastern Europe needs more highrises...

Yeap, Eastern Europe needs more highrises, but in fact, Warsaw is in Central Europe together with Slovakia, Czech Republic and Germany

I have nothing against Rotterdam...I think it's a lovely and unique place...but it does have an excess of avant garde architecture in my opinion...although it somehow works and doesn't generate an eye sore. Warsaw on the other hand is not the place to showcase anything fancy imo. I want to see some tall, imposing, and classy structures for the city to become a more respectable capital.
Looking at the bright side...the Libeskind tower is better than nothing...and may become sort of a landmark.

Wow it's so coooool. Great news for Warsaw, a city that I think was getting a bit boxy and this building will redefine the skyline and will make it obviously better than currently is
