Could anyone tell me what this building is?

If you couldn't guess, i'm talking about the white residential one with the red arrows pointing at it. I'm moving to Melbourne for a while in a few months and remember apartments for rent here with good views, furnishings and a reasonable price, but not I can't find it anymore.

hi flyer fan it is in william st melbourne on the corner of flinders, it was built about mid 1960`s and was originally custome house, next door is the old State Electricity Commission Building.... john
