I don't think the mods are responsible for this. I don't have experience with this problem so far. You can go to simtropolis.com, register yourself and ask the same question again in the bugs and technical issues forums. Skyscrapercity may be a big site but less than 5% is active on the simcity forum. On simtropolis everybody plays simcity

Wow, I have seen some great regions in these forums, and yours is definately one of them. 10/10, I love the way you have a strong Downtown core that descends steadily down to suburbs. It's great!!! It kind of reminds me of LA, but with a denser core. One of the very best regions, no doubt about it!! Im working on my region, which will be much smaller but will be similar to yours. Strong high density CBD-medium density-low density suburbs. Thanks, you , Muyangunniang, Buffcity, and Heavyzakura have inspired me.

2.800.000 sims in Wiorkowo. Second major city in region - Turzyn, is growing very fast, over 300.000 sims live there now.

You have an amazing region, I love it!!!! Hey have you heard of the Sim cities expo that Heavyzakura's city is hosting? contact him for more details, your city would be great for the expo.

Yes, i have. Heavyzakura's idea is great but i haven't many time to make logos, pavilons and all this necesary things, so i think, Expo will be without Wiorkowo, sorry.

You ask me, why zones are white on this map? I know it's weird, but I don't know why was it hepenes. Mayby beach mod or changes in graphics settings is reason of this?

It's easy, but you must be very patient. Just make a historical when building is like you want or demolish building when you don't like it (when it's different). It's very timeconsuming metod, but i don't know other.
