Anybody with any news about BayCapital, the office block to be built in front of QB Mall, and BayVilla, the waterfront houses with private pool?

When I pass by the coastal highway, I could see the E-Eastin hotel's piling work being done now. Hmmm.... It seemed to be in a rather tight spot, with the coastal highway on one side and the row of older shop houses in front...

baycapital's site is still a parking lot. BayVillas don't no when will start, even the show houses are still only 50% done.

I agree with you on the E-Hotel, the spot is too small even for a 3-star hotel. Unless they create a new access road from the expressway or build the hotel facing Bay Avenue.
