^ Both are designed by SOM, so no surprise.

lately there are dozens of futuristic designs for dubai
something the city lacked in for sure, only a few exceptions

how much things can change within 2 or 3 weeks

the uae is going crazy right now, initial investments for projects coming from the uae are worth about $50bn within 1 week

Nice design, IMO it looks like the old WTC but twisted.

wow, another 300m resi tower? amazing.when will we get official height?
73 storeys + crown ect = approx 80 floors thus x 3m per floor = 240m?
if floors equal 3.7m per floor, then tower will reah 300m. 3.7m is pretty high for a resi floor?

Well, floor heights tend to be more over there than normal.

But then again, if this is a tower made for the British then it may not be so tall
