Correction: This project contains no housing space. This is purely a commercial / office space development along the coastline of Karachi.

UPDATE - Pictures taken Oct. 5th by musiddiqui. If you notice, the triangular building is rising pretty fast, and is now a noticable structure, when compared to earlier pics (reply #3) from the construction site.

If this building is the same height as that exiting building in the picture then its no very impressive... How tall is this building going to be?
Also, the area looks remote.. Where is this taking place? How far is this from the Super Highway, I say super Highway, because thats my only real point of refrence in Karachi since I never spent much time there...

Another question.. How is the skyline in Karachi shaping up? I know there are some other highrises in the offing but are they far apart or will they be relatively close so that you can get some sort of skyline?

What's around this project? From the pictures, it doesn't seem to have any immediate neighbors. It'll be good to see what the taller office towers look like once they're designed.

The Karachi City Gov recently allowed highrise construction on the waterfront area in Clifton. So the first real 'highrise' on the Clifton waterfront of Karachi would be the Dolmen Twin Towers. This development has a few low-risers around it, but nothing fancy. Following the Gov decision a lot of builders would invest in Karachi's Clifton Waterfront area.

Currently, a lot of development is going on in Karachi's DHA waterfront, with huge projects such as Creek Vistas, Creek Towers, Creek Marina, and much much more are underway.

Thats true. In a brochure that forum member Swervuet got from Dolmen's office said that Dolmen Co. has more projects planned in the Clifton area.
