The diamond shape and the curving lines on the minaret-towers deserve attention , including interior elegant tiles. Edirne needs more curiosity. Good job Kuvvaci , as many others.

Wow. It looks good, and I had never heard of this mosque before, what is its original name?

Why 3 'Sherif' - is it to show wealth or power or some other reason?
The Blue Mosque has 3 also. I also notice the Aya Sofya has only 1 Sherif but also has one minaret a different colour. Any reason behind this? |

I don't know the reason but there are different mosques with 1, 2, or 3 sherifs.
Hagia Sophia's minarets were all built by different sultans, at different times. All of them have different style. One totally has different color, two have similar designs.
