Black either gives a dull impression or presents a bold statement. Dont think its look beautiful.

I usually don't like black colored skyscrapers, but there are definately some exceptions. The Sears tower and JHC in Chicago were extremely impressive, and I like Donald Trump's trio of Manhattan towers very much (Trump tower, TWT, Trump int. hotel).

I dispise 1 Liberty Plaza because the magnificent Singer Building was demolished to make way for it, not to mention the fact that I think it's an eyesore.

The New York Merchandise Mart is the ugliest building in NYC because it is so out of place between the New York Life and Metropolitan Life towers. I could never understand why it was allowed to be built. It needs to be moved.

I don't know why it was built there to begin with, and if you look at the NY Merchandise Mart carefully, you will notice how much the Millenium Hilton resembles it.

The Main Place Mall Tower in Buffalo:

Personally I like the way it looks, although I despise the fact that the base of the building is a whole block long.

Isn't Trump Tower more of a bronze colour? Anyway if you consider that to be black then I'll post this.

It's Tower V @ Yarra's Edge in Melbourne by Woods Marsh Architects. Which like TT is a bronze colour but can appear black at times..

There's a better one than that in Rotterdam . It is right near Rotterdam Central Station and has an orange corporate logo on it that is lit up at night .
