how is that design original, the building is just a generic residential building the only thing original about the design is and umbrella or a flower for a helipad.i find it stupid to to put a helipad that high since its really hard to land at that height and basically helicopters are barely used. AND IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A HELIPAD IT SHOULD BE DISGUISED BETTER,for examples look at dubai and los angeles.

as to your little comment of EWT, its not a rectangle and a cylinder..its actually 2 elliptical towers connected with 3 skybridges, haven't seen a similar building in the world, have you?

Thats the only original aspect you can find on the P. de B. is its heliport,, and you think 3 skybridges makes 2 dull building look good..... I wont Comment anymore about this

You will get that info officially from the building promotors, in order to change the buildin info in Emporis and Skyscraperpage as well...

BTW, magnificent diagrams!!
it seems the height of this building increases with time

1st it was under 300mts, then it was 330 mts, now 340... before we know it we'll have another WTB!!!

If anything, they should DECREASE the height to make this HIDEOUS tower less noticeable.

when did i ever say that the 3 skybridges make it look good? like christianmx said, they should decrease the height to make that hideous tower unoticeable.

NO Way Jose!!!! More than 340 meters of height!!! And its official...Nothing to do... Will be the tallest structure made by the man in all Latin America, and we can include Spain as well...

Another fact is that the tower will be for a mixed use... Residential, Commercial, Offices, Hotel...

Chino don't let some ones personal agenda get you, the opinions have been more very positive in regards to the topic of this thread which is not about any particular tower or any other city. Panama City, a relatively small city in population has an above average skyline with some very nice towers u/c or about to begin soon. If anyone thinks differently then let it be

Thanks, guys!
The diagram of is 270m as this is the most probably height according to moderators in both Emporis and Skyscraperpage.

I have just made estimates for the other towers, if you know anything more about heights of these buildings I will change it.
I will change the height of Pearl Tower from my estimated height to 213m.

well soon you must have to change it, the information has to be updated, because officially at least in panama is +340 meters without any doubt, so but i guess you need to wait for ssp and emporis to confirm that right!

Hey Nightsky!!

In Panama City, all the media, magazines, tv shows, are talking about this tower... The official height?....89 storeys and 340 meters...

This is a selection scanned from an important magazine:

In spanish:

Palacio de la Bahia, the tallest project of Hispanic America with 89 storeys of height counts with an exclusive view to the Panama City Bay, 4 Towers of Loft Apartments, commercial and office areas, 300 rooms Hotel, an heliport, and even a giratory restaurant at the top of the building. A caress to your senses
