OCT 1- construction diagrams

little early but im on hols from tommorrow so wont have time.not much will happen anyway,lol
thanks again for all guys/gals that went out and took photos of alot of these projects. makes tings alot easier.

BRISBANE
summary
Aurora is just about there with only 5 rises to go.Brisbane square is powering along and is now 100m high, also Festival towers approx half way.

SYDNEY
summary
The massive Westpac has topped out with only the 30m weather beacon to go.
Meriton still shooting up.Regent Place towers powering along, also North sydneys 100 pachwy starting to impact the skyline.
Ive guessed status of Parramattas ESCEN.

MELBOURNE
summary
6 of melbournes new big ones have topped out with the top sections being added.Eureka with just 2 floors to go.
verve & milano are finally rising fast.Dock5 and Eifel also going well.
neo200 still foundations.

GOLD COAST
summary
The massive circ on cav are rising well and can be seen poking up above surrounds.Artique should be the only tower from this list to complete before xmas. The others are all now underway with a few core boxes now assembled above street.

PERTH/ADELAIDE/DARWIN
summary
Adelaides next big one is going great with core reaching half way this week.

Looks good, I like the staggered cycle on the Gold Coast, as Q1 finishes, Coc rises (that really is a bad abbreviation), as Coc finishes, Soul rises etc etc... gives you something new to look at constantly. I wish Vision would get started already in Brisbane.

I gotta say, does look like everything is finishing in Melbourne at the same time from that diagram! Anything big in the pipeline to start soon?

well next month there will be just 6 bldgs over 80m uc. (exit- FWP,E&Y,SX,RDT,UWS,VIC pt) even though they still have a crane and not opened.exteriors will be basically done for diagram purposes. Eureka will still be there until mast is added which could be 2006.Verve,Neo, Milano,Dock5 & Eifel will carry on into 2006. there is a couple of office projects that apparently will commence in 2006. Savoy site (110m) and 538 Bourke st (130m).
yes its great GC will have some big ones to keep forumers happy.
In Sydney, the only one of those to exit before xmas will be Westpac.Big ones to add in 2006 will be John Boyd (188m), 33 Bligh (188m) and Mid city (140m).not a bad lineup.
Vision will start late 2006, so it will be amazing how the tallest bldg in Australia uc will be in Brisbane!
Hopefully Perths Seidler towers will commence and maybe city sq too.
Adelaide35storey bentham st tower will commence and darwins big ones will also be well underway!
2006 looks like being a yet another g00d yeaR!

Awesome effort again Cul, could I be a real pain in the ass and get you to change CC1 in adelaide to 13 in box and 12 exposed?? Sorry mate! Also maybe you could put the outline for Bentham as the boundary alignment for the tower is due to start next week!!!

City Central 1. Eastern Core with level 12 exposed & 13 in box. Floorplates up to level 6 now.

i just thought idd add in my little rough diagram of what Perths got propose/approved

1st is Parkwest Towers ( 207m and 195 - swan pano), 2nd is City square (was 137m now 120m), 3rd is Sky Garden (93m) 4th is (Cant remember lol, no renders as yet).

Burt Way is twin 24 lvl. And the RAC site is 8 buildings from 3 to 20 levels.

RAC site- 2x80m+
141-151 Adelaide terrace stage 2 is 200 appartments to mabey a 80+ meter tower in that.

yes, i originally did have the first 9 storeys or 32m coloured in. ill add this again for Nov 1 diagrams
