If they can build apartments they can build roads. Widen it, and build the apartments higher to make up for the space that was taken off them to build the road.

/\ that was taken from a grass verge by west one, if any one with a decent zoom is in the area, i'd reccomend taking pics from there. You can see town, the quays and pendleton.
smaller, better quality version.

I assume thats for the car park between the NVs and the Harbour City block. We'll have 10 towers on Dock 9, plus Quay Point.
