FRA is actually 52.82 million

according to berlin airports, berlin tegel will have around 11.90 million pax, and berlin schoenefeld will reach 6.09 million

According to ACI, traffic at Heathrow in 2005 was 67,915,403, so your figure shows that traffic at Heathrow decreased in 2006.
