I am not an expert in architecture, but isnt that typically stalinist style architecture, being very massive?

Also, is that the building that was being shot at in 1993?

I don't think it represents the grandness of Russia and its history. The only part I find acceptable is the bottom half, but that tall thing in the middle just looks like an apartment complex. Overall, not entirely interesting architecture, but I'd like to stand infront of it one day.

The building is nicknamed the White house, and was heavily shelled during the coup. (was it 1993?)
Not a nice looking building, and far below the Stalin sisters towers, but cool due to it's massive apperance, and Soviet nostalgic look
