This thing is horrible! It doesn't look modern at all, I would be embarrased if something like that was still being built in my country, at this day and age!! They should replace it with something nice and glassy!

Great project. I love the royal touch in the building.

I guess you love or you hate it!!

Me? I hate it!!

TACKY, FAKE, TASTELESS AND OBNOXIOUS is how I would describe this "thing".

What a shame it will be built in a city that is otherwise known for the opposite.

Are you kidding Dan1987, that building is soo beautiful and shows so much artistic ability and appreciation for classicism. I live in Atlanta where we have a wide range of outstanding architecture from very historic to ultra contemporary, such as Symphony Tower. As spectacular as these new modern builings are, there is still something much more beautiful about classical design. The Details!!!! Atlanta would love a tower like that to add to our already eclectic and progressive skyline. I think most will agree....

Reminds me of the old world charm that the Elysian Hotel is going after in Chicago with their new building. Also a very tall building.

Very beautiful and classy if it was built 60-70 years ago. Very tacky if it'll be build today.

It'll make a nice addition to Vegas though...

I think it may come across better in colour and better renders, the originals look like black and white sketches. mmmm.... not sure about this one, this could come across better in real life I think.

I usually don't like these revivals, but this one looks amazing in that renderings.I hope not to change my opinion when I see the colour renderings.
