The Financial Center getting more high-rises by years:

Mayor next Big Projects is Making this area of land (The green line) to be filled with the best world-cLASS Apartments no low-rises at all !!! As u can see there is some construction already

Part of the area used to be very old Place (The Blue Line) as u can see there is Grand Monorail Station, Independence Hall (where this city become Independence) University (which used to be Government Office in the 18th Century)

Also this area is well-planned as There's Monorail (the Orange Line) , Bus-stop And Future will be Subway and Expressway passing that area

after years of development in public transport such as MONORAIL, the monorail already covers half-city and now is the indrustial part undergo renovation

Remember the area which had been destroy by fire, the area is abandoned and no projects going on

as there is no life in the Area, the mayor decide to build Biggest mall in the city!
also now Monorail pass that area too !

so it is convenient for shoppers!
